I didn’t want to write the review before I saw Dr. Koch, and I hear his opinion for my concern, because I was little bit uncomfortable with Dr.Gass that she made me look bad to her coworkers for I had little concern about my daughter’s braces was gonna be removed while I was still wanting her to fix some stuff and it was making me mad that i paid all of that money for she was treating us that way, but now I’m really satisfied because Dr. Koch and his staff was amazing!! no matter how long it was since I have been with them, but he rushed to listen to my concerns and he was at the solution. he’s not about the money but he’s there for customers satisfaction!! the atmosphere at both offices are so amazing, it’s clean and very welcoming. so I highly recommend this Orthopedic in both office because the customer service, all staff and Dr.Koch(the owner) are amazing!!

I had such a wonderful experience at Koch Orthodontics! The staff is warm, patient, and genuinely pleasant. The consultation was smooth, organized, and most importantly honest!! I never felt pressured or like they were just after my money (which I’ve experienced elsewhere). Everything runs efficiently, and they truly accommodate their patients. I also love the atmosphere - coffee, hot chocolate, and even a game room for the kids. I wish every service was this accommodating. I Highly Recommend!!!!
