Everything about Koch Orthodontics in Loganville, GA has been absolutely perfect. From the moment you walk in, youโre welcomed by the woman at the front desk who is warm, kind, genuinely chill, and has an amazing sense of humorโshe sets the tone for the entire office.
The staff is consistently on point: professional, caring, and truly great at what they do. You can tell they take pride in their work and in the people they serve. The environment itself is clean, uplifting, and welcoming, which makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. I especially love the self-serve cafรฉ area with coffee and teaโitโs such a thoughtful touch.
Iโm incredibly grateful that they accept Medicaid and that they welcomed and happily helped my son when his tooth placement and growth were becoming problematic. They were also thorough and proactive in identifying his wisdom teeth that will be attempting to grow in sideways, and they took the time to clearly explain every step weโll need to take moving forward. That level of communication and care means everything to a parent.
I truly donโt believe we could have been blessed with a better experience or opportunity. Koch Orthodontics goes above and beyond, and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for exceptional orthodontic care.
