Not sure if this is an orthodontist norm, but when my son and I walked in, we were instantly amazed. I have never been to a dental office or any office for that matter with this type of... detail and coziness. There is a gaming room with cool and up to date games which immediately made my son feel comfortable. On top of that, they welcome all patients with a sign and their names written on the board, isn’t that so cool? They have other things like hot chocolate, coffee, water, etc. Once we were called to the back, which didn’t take long at all, there were more surprises. My son was a huge fan of their cool treasure chest. They gave out prizes and presents. This office was just full of cool things. The employees are so friendly and considerate. Wendy who we had a consultation with was so sweet. Such a kind staff and overall the best experience ever. I even called my husband afterwards to tell him know about how they treated us and now I’m letting you guys know. That’s how positive our experience was. Thank you again!
